Art is Life
We often imagine that art is something we make. But your life is already shaping itself in every breath, every choice, every shift of attention.
Your life is already art.
Nothing stands outside this ongoing creation. When you meet the world with full presence, you discover that your life is the canvas, and each moment, every occurrence is the mark that appears.
We don't need to do anything special to meet the world. It happens in the simple willingness to be intimate with what stands before you.
In my own work, the paintings arrive when I'm aligned with the unfolding of my day. My hand moves as life moves. Texture and form appear as expressions of a deeper current already in motion.
Your life works the same way. You don't need to wait for inspiration. You only need to participate. Each gesture, each word, each pause becomes part of a living composition.
When you enter your life like this, you realize you have been creating art all along.
