Art of Boundlessness

Through Zen practice, I’ve come to see that the separation between myself and the world is merely a persistent thought.

When I sit quietly, the distance between me and everything begins to fade. The breath moves through everything—through the trees outside, the air in my lungs, and the stillness that holds it all.

There is no dividing line, only this whole, living moment.

In creating art, this realization takes shape. When I work, I’m not separate from what appears. The movement of my hand and the appearing image arise together.

The work creates itself, and I am simply part of its becoming.

My art and my life are both expressions of this same insight: that nothing stands apart, and everything belongs to one boundless, breathing whole.
